The procedures for the physical examination of the new students in the 114th academic year are as follows, students must comply with the regulations.
- 目的: 為落實本校健康管理制度，以期維護及促進校園之健康。
依據: 教育部[ 學校衛生法 ] 與 [ 學生健康檢查實施辦法 ]規定，學生於入學時，應接受健康檢查及相關健康調查，檢查及調查項目涵蓋教育部訂定之基本內容。
※新生體檢為教育部規定所有學生入學皆須接受檢查之必備項目,檢查及調查之項目皆為教育部訂定之內容,用以了解本校新生基本的健康狀況!
※未完成健康檢查者，其權益損失或形成校園傳染病等公共安全問題，須自行承擔法律責任。
In order to implement the school health management system, in order to maintain and promote the health of the campus.The Ministry of Education [School Health Law] and [Measures for the Implementation of Student Health Inspection] stipulate that freshmen should complete health inspections when they enter school. The inspections cover the basic contents stipulated by the Ministry of Education.Freshmen’s physical examination is a necessary item for the Ministry of Education to stipulate that all freshmen must be inspected in order to understand the basic health status of Freshmen in our school.
114-2學期 新生健康檢查(包含114-2新生、轉學新生、缺檢舊生)
注意事項
(以下方式，二選一完成) 
方式一、慈濟醫院健檢
- 健檢期間: 115年3月9日~3月31日 (平日)，下午14:00-16:00
- 採預約制: 一天最多5人 ( 預約網址 )
- 健檢地點: 花蓮慈濟醫院 (依預約時段自行前往，報到地點如下方照片)
- 流程步驟如下方圖示。
- 健檢繳費: 到慈濟醫院報到後，在現場繳費 (衛保組不會事先提供繳費單)。
方式二、校外健檢
- 若為自行在校外其他醫院體檢者，請在115年3月15日前，將完成之【學生健康檢查紀錄表】交至健康中心。
- 僅受理114年12月1日以後之檢查報告。

★ 若補檢超過開學優惠期間，醫院將會以原價收費 (NT.2035元)，請同學留意自己的權益，並請配合學校團體作業的期程。

- 胸部 X 光檢查注意事項 Precautions for chest X-ray examination
★ 未完成健康檢查者，其權益損失或形成校園傳染病等公共安全問題，須自行承擔法律責任。
- 114學年度個資保護政策聲明【網路公告版】(教育部)
- 本校依學校衛生法配合教育部規定辦理健康檢查及相關作業，有關學生健康檢查項目及健康問卷(包含:健康基本資料、生活型態、自我健康評估調查)，題目內容皆為教育部所訂定。健康問卷填寫請由【慈大新鮮人網站】>【新生綜合資料填表】登入填寫。如填答時有疑問，歡迎與衛保組聯繫。
- 若不參加團體健檢者，請自行到任一醫療機構完成健康檢查，並在開學一週內將完成之【學生健康檢查紀錄表】(需蓋醫療院所戳章)交至衛生保健組(健康檢查報告有效期3個月內)，若有項目不齊全的部分需補做。
- 應屆轉學生可以繳交前一個學校入學時之健康檢查報告。
- 為提升服務效率，敬請諸位同學務必配合檢查時間到檢，如遇天災、事故等因素無法如期受檢者，統一由本校衛生保健組安排補檢事宜。
